Accounts Executive

Company Background:

We are representing one of a well known Pastry Cafe and as they are expanding, they are looking for Accounts Executive to be based in Bangsar, KL. 

Job Description:

• In-charge of the entire set of accounts for subsidiaries (local).
• Responsible to GL, AP, and tax functions.
• Prepare management account on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Review and comment on management account.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and forecast cashflow / bank balance.
• Involve in continuous improvement activities relating to finance department (CI).
• Liaise with external parties such as Tax agent, Auditors and Accounting firm. 
• Assist in consolidation of Group Accounts.
• Assist in corporate finance exercise matters from time to time.
• Assist in ad-hoc matters assigned by superiors.
