About the role

XIN MENG MINING SDN BHD is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records. This full-time position is based in our Kuantan, Pahang office.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
2. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
4. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
5. Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
