Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to payroll processing, accounting data entry, and Odoo ERP, and be comfortable handling day-to-day finance activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries
Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and timely disbursements
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and support statutory compliance related to payroll
Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions in Odoo ERP
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
