Accounts Executive

The
Accounts Executive (Inventory / Cost Accountant)
will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory accounting, reconciliation of physical stock versus ERP/store records, monitoring production consumption, and supporting audit requirements. This role ensures transparency, accuracy, and control over stock movement and cost-related activities

Job Description:

• Reconcile physical stock with ERP and store records on a regular basis.
• Review and analyse production consumption and investigate any variances or irregularities.
• Prepare and record GRN (Goods Received Notes), Issue Vouchers, and other inventory-related documents.
• Monitor and control obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged inventory.
• Coordinate periodic physical stock counts with store, production, and audit teams.
• Support internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate inventory and cost-related documentation.
