Job Summary
As a Client Services Executive (Account Management) working from home on a part-time basis, you will manage a portfolio of assigned clients by delivering accurate financial reporting and responsive support. You will ensure client inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Prepare clients' yearly Management Reports, Profit & Loss statements, Trial Balances, Financial Statements, and corporate tax computations accurately to support client financial oversight
Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, escalating issues to superiors when necessary to maintain high client satisfaction
