Job Description & Requirements

1. Management of Account Payables for Skool4Kidz

2. Maintenance of account payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records

3. Collation of AP from all centres
4. Keying-in of AP to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
5. Batching of AP for interco billing
6. Batching of AP for fixed assets processing
7. Batching of AP for prepayment
8. Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledge
9. Running of monthly AP Aging report
10. Running of AP payments twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required

11. Processing of AP payments via computer cheques and manual cheques

12. Performing accrual of revenue for selected centres on monthly basis

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
