Accounts Executive

About the Role:

Kinsajasa Sdn Bhd is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting functions using the AutoCount Accounting System.

The ideal candidate is able to work independently, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support multi-branch accounting operations in a structured and timely manner. Candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Operations

• Maintain full set of accounts
• Process supplier invoices, payments and overseas telegraphic transfers
• Monitor cash flow position and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records including journal entries, vouchers and petty cash
• Issue debit and credit notes where necessary
• Maintain proper records of fixed assets (PPE) and support periodic stock take when required
