Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations.
• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance where required.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and relevant authorities in a professional manner.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and organised accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare GST returns and support corporate tax filings.
• Ensure reporting deadlines and compliance obligations are met.
