Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our accounting functions.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for closing of clients' books.
• Work with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform monthly account reconciliations, and monitor general ledger transactions
• Timely import of sales invoices and assist in collection issues.
• Timely book in of vendor invoices and ensure proper approval in place.
• Tracking of expenses and ensure vendor billing are accurate for payment.
• Perform monthly accrual and prepayment journals.
• Responsible for Fixed Asset register and run depreciation.
• Bank reconciliation for all client's books.
