Accounts Executive

property development, F&B, property management, and related businesses
. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an
Accounts Executive
to support our finance operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations (AR/AP)
• Issue invoices and track payments
• Prepare basic financial reports
• Assist with audit, tax, and SST matters
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• fresh grads welcomed, priority to 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount / SQL / Xero / QuickBooks is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
