Accounts Executive

Job
Responsibilities:

1. Able
   to handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting
   activities
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly
   closing and yearly closing of account
3. Prepare
   financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure
   timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial
   data
4. Ensure financial and management reports
   and completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined
   by the management
5. Prepare inter-company
   reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed
   assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing &
   etc)
6. Ensure accounting and related system
   reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure accounting records
   and system are in compliance with company’s policies and in
   accordance with accounting standards and statutory laws and
   regulations
7. Supervised accounting staff as
