Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• · Maintain accurate accounting records by recording financial transactions, journal entries, and vouchers in the Oracle system.
• · Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment support, and reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
• · Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• · Support preparation of financial reports, schedules, and assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• · Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• · Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth accounting operations.

Qualification Requirements

• ACCA Qualified / Finalist
