Accounts Executive - Shipping / Ship Management Industry / Disbursement Account

Responsibilities

• Check and journalize monthly crew transactions and ship statements.
• Review charterer and agents' voyage disbursement accounts; detail line items and account codes, and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue and send invoices and credit notes to customers.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and manage monthly inter-company billing, journals, and settlements.
• Assist in monthly and year end closing.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and crew manning agents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within the shipping industry.
