Accounts Executive

Position Summary

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining compliance with financial SOPs, and supporting treasury, budgeting, and sales monitoring functions to ensure effective financial control and operational efficiency.

Prepare and maintain a full set of monthly management accounts, including all necessary supporting schedules.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting entries for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management.

Coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with finance-related SOPs.

Review bank reconciliations and ensure all reconciliations are prepared on a timely basis, reporting any discrepancies identified.

Perform treasury functions and manage cash flow activities.

Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
