Accounts Executive

Job Requirement

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or part qualification of ACCA or CIMA.

· At least 3 years of working experience as accounts executive in trading company with ERP system.

· Good communication skill with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Committed, willing to learn, meticulous, self-discipline and able to meet tight deadline.

· A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.

Job Responsibility

· Updating of all accounting records through ERP system

· Prepare payment vouchers, issuance of cheques and initiate online banking payments

· Ensure all records and filing are up to date

· Record and maintain full set of account

· Assist in preparing monthly financial management reports for submission to headquarters within deadline
