Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, label, and record invoices for raw materials.
  • Examine and execute payments to suppliers.
  • Keep track of various records (e.g. assets & tooling inventories).
  • Create reports on raw material inventory levels.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of the company's financial plans.
  • Aid in financial auditing and handling tax matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
