Accounts Executive

Role Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing full sets of accounts for a logistics subsidiary and accounts receivables for assigned subsidiaries. The role works closely with Operations to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition, prepares management reports and GST submissions, and supports audit and budgeting processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for a designated subsidiary, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned subsidiaries, including billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, quarterly GST submissions, and annual budget exercises.
