Accounts Executive

Job Description

• Handling full set of accounts which includes AR, AP, Inventory and GL
• Assisting in monthly and yearly closing activities including reports and reconciliation
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules
• Preparing payment vouchers, journal entries and input into the system
• Responsible for GST Submission
• Liase with Auditors to coordinate the financial year end audit
• Liase with Tax Consultant for providing accounts details for Income Tax Returns
• Preparing of Survey and Statistics forms
• Any administrative duties or ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
• Minimum 3 Year(s) full set of accounting experiences
• Knowledge and hands - on experience in handling accounting software will be a plus
