Accounts Executive

Job Highlights
Location: Changi North (Transport Provided)
Salary Range: Up to $4,500 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:18 pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for Accounts Payable matters and manage the outsourced AP team
Coordinate weekly calls with the third-party AP team to resolve issues
Prepare payment packages for approval and ensure timely vendor payments
Perform supplier statement reconciliation, review aged AP items, and follow up on outstanding balances
Support urgent payment requests when required
Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts and analyse inventory and WIP ageing reports
Assist in improving forecasting accuracy and efficiency
Validate sales invoices and issue e-invoices to customers
Prepare supporting documents for intercompany re-billing and manage monthly intercompany netting
