Accounts Executive (Start ASAP)

Overview

Join RPG Commerce as an Accounts Executive to support finance operations in a fast-paced, innovative DTC social e-commerce company.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end closing of accounts including journal preparation (accrual, prepayment), fixed asset maintenance & depreciation, bank reconciliations, and intercompany billing
• Review and preparation of reports for group consolidations
• Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly VAT/GST reports to relevant authorities within deadlines
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to support Accounts Payable functions
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regional requirements including accounting, taxation, audit, and liaising with external providers for annual statutory audited accounts, income tax reports, and annual returns
