ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team at NASI LEMAK GEMPAK SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Reconciling daily revenue collections, bank statements and maintaining the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, petty cash, and ensure timely payments.
• Generate, submit, reconcile SST and e-invoices as per statutory compliance
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as required.
