Accounts & Finance Executive

is a growing e-commerce brand, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support smooth cash flow for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
Manage vendor/supplier ledgers and ensure timely payments
Reconcile COD & courier collections, online payments, and ad platform payments
Manage warehouse & office petty cash and prepare periodic cash reports
Verify customer advance payments and support refund processing
Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
Monitor, identify, and report any irregular or suspicious financial activity
Assist management with periodic financial reports and audits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3+ years of experience in accounts/finance (e-commerce or retail experience is a plus)
