Accounts & Finance Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Accounts & Finance Executive, based in Subang Jaya.
You will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining strong financial controls. The role requires close coordination with operations, retail, warehouse, and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across Malaysia and Singapore entities.
1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate accounting records and full sets of accounts for Machino Group Sdn Bhd, Machino Group SG Pte Ltd and our sister company and prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analysing P&L performance, variances, and cash flow trends while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation across all entitie...
