Roles & Responsibilities
A JOB ROLE
To undertake assigned sections of the accounts of Skool4Kidz Pte Ltd.
1 Corporate Accounting and Finance
Work closely with Business Unit Managers and Centre Supervisors to understand the drivers of performance, challenge decisions, manage performance and set financial targets, analyse data and provide sound financial control and support.
Assist in the review of data/queries and liaison with auditors and tax agents to ensure all tax, audit, and accounting-related matters are properly and effectively handled
Review of audit/tax schedules as required
Assist in the review of Payments, and Claims
Work with the team and system vendors on GP matters to help drive system fixes or process improvement to improve control & compliance
Assist in the review of management reports, including working with internal stakeholders to prepare presentation materials for quarterly board of directors' meetings, business unit meetings, etc
