Accounts & HR Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts & HR Assistant to join our team at Rinnai Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd' in Bukit Raja Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive accounts and HR support to the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintenance of employee records
• Providing HR administrative support, including onboarding new employees
• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the Finance and HR teams with ad-hoc projects and tasks
