Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce B.Com / BBA Accounting & Finance

Experience :

• Fresh candidates preferred; up to 1 year of experience is an advantage

Job Description :

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily commercial payment requests and process payments/cheques
• Post vouchers for bank receipts and payments
• Perform daily bank reconciliation
• Maintain daily voucher listings and submit to the accountant for verification
• Filing of vouchers BPV/BRV/JV and maintaining organized physical files
• Assist with documentation for bank account opening/closing

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Teamwork and effective communication
