Accounts Manager - AgTech

The Company

AgCode is a USA based AgTech company, named by Forbes as one of the top 25 Most Innovative AgTech companies, specialising in agricultural farm management solutions with a user-friendly interface.

Over time AgCode diversified their solutions to work for an array of specialty crops and continued to develop features based on specific customer needs. They have over 5,000 global users across a broad range of specialty crops, including wine grapes, citrus, nuts, and tree fruit, along with viticulture.

The Role:

AgCode are now seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for the following:

Develop new accounts, including onboarding, coordinating with a remote team

Provide support to existing clients, to ensure they are utilising the software to its full potential

Ensure customer designated employees complete AgCode lead training sessions and are competent in the use of AgCode
