Accounts Manager_ANN

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage group financial reporting and consolidation for head office
• Handle Transfer Pricing (TP) reporting and documentation
• Support JSOX compliance and internal control reporting
• Review and monitor monthly tax provisions and annual tax submissions
• Approve and oversee payment transactions
• Maintain and update approval documents and workflows
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Support management and group financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / CPA / MIA) – Mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant accounting experience – Mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, and consolidation
