Position: Accounts Manager

Experience: 6-8 years of experience
Responsibilities:
-Monitor customer outstanding balances and maintain the receivables aging report.
-Ensure timely follow-up for collections through phone, email, and coordination with sales teams.
-Review and approve customer credit limits in line with company policy.
-Reconcile customer accounts periodically and resolve discrepancies.
-Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls for revenue recognition.
-Record all import and local purchase transactions with accurate costing.
-Calculate landed cost including duties, freight, clearing charges, insurance, and other ancillary costs.
-Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and clearing agents to verify import documentation.
