Food Technologist

Microchem Specialized Lab Services seeks to recruit a Food Technologist with a clear criminal record and a valid driver's license for our Bellvile and Benoni labs.

This position entails the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for all new business sales activities, from lead generation through to closing sales.
• Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan together with the Business Development Manager which will meet the goals of expanding the customer base.
• Must be a brand ambassador and maintain company image.
• Managing new client relationships from prospecting to account management.
• Thorough understanding of all chemical and microbiological analyses carried out by the company.
