Our client, a well-established SME business, is seeking a highly organised and experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to join their small, dynamic team. This role is ideally suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing both financial and administrative functions in a hands-on environment.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
- Finance qualification (degree or diploma)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or office administration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Proven experience with bank and VAT reconciliations
Experience within a small or medium-sized business environment preferred
