Accounts Officer

The Position

An opportunity has become available for a detail-driven Accounts Officer to join a busy, values-led finance team within a well-established organisation. Based in Eagle Farm, this full-time role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts, supporting internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and contributing to smooth financial operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling supplier accounts in line with agreed trading terms
• Daily bank reconciliations and management of urgent payment requests
• Maintaining creditor accounts and resolving aged or outstanding items
• Monitoring and managing finance inbox
• Responding to supplier and customer queries 
• Filing, archiving, and maintaining payment and reconciliation documentation
• Assisting the broader finance team as required
