Accounts Officer

The Position

An opportunity has become available for a detail-driven Accounts Officer to join a busy, values-led finance team within a well-established organisation. Based in Eagle Farm, this full-time role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts, supporting internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and contributing to smooth financial operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and reconciling supplier accounts in line with agreed trading terms

Daily bank reconciliations and management of urgent payment requests

Maintaining creditor accounts and resolving aged or outstanding items

Monitoring and managing finance inbox

Responding to supplier and customer queries 

Filing, archiving, and maintaining payment and reconciliation documentation

Assisting the broader finance team as required
