Accounts Officer

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to 5k + AWS + VB

Job Descriptions

• Review & Approve sales invoices for ISS in APAC
• Issue Misc invoices
• Sales contract management (including commission, rebate)
• AR payment clearing
• Update 3-way spreadsheet on receipts and maintain LC control report
• In-charge of financial books for oversea branch
• VAT/ invoices verify & Reconciliation for APAC office.
• Prepare monthly LC reconciliation (Trade & Non-Trade)
• Prepared Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Vendor Master Data Management
• Any ad-hoc assignment within Finance Department

Requirements

• Minimum College / Bachelor`s degree majored in finance or accounting.
• 3 years or above working experience in a MNC is plus.
• Knowledge of ERP. JDE experience is an advantage.
