Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for our fashion textile e-commerce business. The role includes handling accounts, payments, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting to ensure smooth financial control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software/ERP
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in tax-related documentation (withholding tax, sales tax, etc.)
• Liaise with vendors when required
