Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
