Accounts Officer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Accounts Officer to join our team at NYKSM MARITIME SERVICES SDN BHD' on a 1 year contract basis. Based in Sunway Iskandar Johor, this role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and financial support to our growing maritime services business.

What you'll be doing

• Register all invoices received by e-copy, including batched entries into the ERP system.
• Register all invoices within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
• To ensure the invoice details are checked, i.e: Company address, Vessels Name, Bank Accounts, Bank Name, Currency are matched after registration
• If you encounter any errors during invoice registration, make sure to follow up with the appropriate departments to have them corrected
• To assist with any additional duties assigned by the HOD as required.
