Accounts Officer (Partial-Set Accounting) | West Side | URGENT - YZ11

Position: Account Assistant (Partial Set) Working days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Location: Boon Lay Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 Roles & Responsibilities Assist with basic accounting tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable) Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP) Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone/email Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital) Update and monitor stock records Handle general administrative duties (calls, emails, coordination) Support other ad hoc tasks when required Requirements Min O Level 2-3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of SAP is a plus
