Accounts Officer

End-to-end management of customer orders and requirements:

• Act as sole point-of-contact of customer with the company
• Develop job order with specific details of customer orders, design, and price quotation
• Collect and confirm payment from customer prior to production of job order
• Work with Creatives and Production Team for job order and ensure that order meets agreed upon deadline
• Coordinate delivery of orders and ensure they meet the agreed upon date
• Develop and maintain long-term relationship with accounts
• Upsell and Cross-sell to generate further sales from accounts
• Service multiple accounts/customers concurrently
• Keep and maintain records of client transactions
