WHAT IS THE AIM AND PURPOSE OF MY POSITION
The Accounts Officer will play a key role in supporting the Finance Team through accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. With a primary focus on banking and bank reconciliations, this role will also assist across Accounts Receivable and other day-to-day accounting activities, helping ensure the integrity of financial records and smooth finance operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Banking and Reconciliations
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
Ensure banking transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies where required.
Manage the business credit card account.
