About the role

NG & Co. is seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer/Clerk to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations within our company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing data entry of financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconciling bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
• Preparing and processing payroll
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and files
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

• Preferably 2 years' experience in an accounts clerk or similar role.
• Fresh school leaver or diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
