A leading organisation is recruiting an Accounts Payable Accountant to join a dynamic finance team supporting critical month-end and vendor management processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting internal controls across the Accounts Payable function. This role requires someone analytical, organised, and confident working within fast-paced finance environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Control and perform month-end related tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and within the correct accounting period.

  • Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations for Accounts Payable and follow up on outstanding items.

  • Manage Accounts Payable controls including GR/IR, duplicate payments, debit balances, blocked payments, and vendor ageing.
