Introduction
The person will be responsible of different accounts payable activities for the Hygiene company of Essity in Chile. Follow up of manual controls, invoice registration in ERP JD Edwards and aligning the process to the SII requirements of Chile are the main duties of the role.
About The Role
Person with studies on Accounting, Finance or Business administration with a focus on accounting are eligible for the role. The accounts payable activities are focused on invoice review and registration, withholding tax, importation processes and follow up of institutional controls.
What You Will Do
Responsible for executing the global accounts payable process in a defined area in an effective and cost-efficient way.
Responsible for compliance with regulations, accounting principles, standards, and other agreed upon ways of working, within the accounts payable process.
