Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, and payments.
Oversee weekly check runs and support additional payment requests.
Act as the primary contact for vendors, handling inquiries, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
Manage company credit cards and ensure proper expense documentation and timely payments.
Maintain contract records, track renewals, and ensure accurate filing.
Ensure accuracy of AP aging reports and support financial reporting.
Partner with internal and property teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Support month-end close, including utilities, accruals, and reconciliations.
