• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, and payments.
• Oversee weekly check runs and support additional payment requests.
• Act as the primary contact for vendors, handling inquiries, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Manage company credit cards and ensure proper expense documentation and timely payments.
• Maintain contract records, track renewals, and ensure accurate filing.
• Ensure accuracy of AP aging reports and support financial reporting.
• Partner with internal and property teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
