Accounts Payable Analyst

Our client seeks an experienced AP Analyst to manage daily activities related to invoice approvals and payments. The ideal candidate is proactive with a sense of urgency and has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.


This role is on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.


Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate invoice approvals and payment activities to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on schedule.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, approval issues, and matching exceptions by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Maintain vendor records, process credits, and support activities related to vendor setup and ongoing data integrity.

  • Prepare payment documentation and assist with check distribution, refunds, and other accounts payable transactions.
