Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Primary responsibility will be processing vendor invoices for all RingCentral subsidiaries using Concur and NetSuite. Maintain SLAs for AP case resolution.
• Process Management: Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with guidelines including Fixed Asset policies, Approval Authority, Amortization, Cost Center/Account Guidelines, Country Specific Rules etc.
• Process Improvements: Resolve issues and improve process by working collaboratively with Requestors, Procurement, Suppliers, Approvers...
