Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to oversee invoice registration, manage supplier data, and ensure accurate and timely control of accounts payable in compliance with company procedures. The purpose of this position is to analyze and process 100% of the company's entities' accounts receivable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
No experience is required.
Proficiency in office tools and familiarity in accounting software.
Conversational English level B2.
Key Responsibilities:
Review account statements.
Record accounts payable, advances, and credits.
Provide information to suppliers.
Prepare monthly closing reports.
Ensure proper compliance with policies, procedures, goals, and objectives related to the payment process.
Reconcile invoices with the accounting department when suppliers have inquiries.
Follow up on discrepancies identified during invoice processing.
