Accounts Payable Analyst

As an **Accounts Payable Specialist**, you will process incoming accounts and payments by financial procedures in an accurate, efficient, daily activities of verification, classification, and recording of data in accounts payable.This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**- Ensure the registration of payment documents in the ERP.
- Provide information necessary for the monthly supply of documents pending processing- Provide supporting documentation and evidence related to payments for internal/external audits- Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable standards.
- Perform routine assignments in the entry level to a professional role**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- +1 years' experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
