Accounts Payable Analyst

The Payments Analyst position is responsible for:

Payments Process

Prepare payment proposals and execute payment runs and clearing using the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, banking portals, and approved payment tools.

Perform second level review and validation of payment to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established controls.

Coordinates with invoice processing team and/or affiliates in cases of discrepancies.

• Reviews and validates vendor payments accordingly based on tax reporting criteria for 1099/1042.
• Lead the timely resolution of escalated and complex issues

Provide and present various payment and management reports as required by the affiliate/s and/or TGFS Phils. management team

Manage payment encashment and escheatment activities, including monitoring of outstanding and uncashed payments, reprocessing or reversal as required.
